Aussies Favorite Airline is Air New Zealand
It has been traditional for the Aussies to gush over Singapore Airlines year after year, and lets face it, Singapore Airlines is very good. But in the latest research company Roy Morgan has pronounced that Air New Zealand tops the list for satisfaction among Australian air travellers with 89.9 per cent of Australians who took a flight with Air New Zealand in the last 12 months, compared with 88.4 per cent for Singapore and 87.9 per cent for Emirates.

According to Travellers’ Check:
…..only 80.1 per cent of Qantas customers on international flights were satisfied. Qantas ranked seventh with Thai Airways, Etihad and Malaysian Airlines among those ahead of it in the popularity stakes.
Air New Zealand has for the last 4 years made a determined effort to improve their product, however this may change Aussie’s perception when they share with V Australia and turn the Tasman link into a domestic route.

Although I’m afraid to travel by plane this company caused my trust – it looks reliable and friendly!
Both Qantas and Air New Zealand are in the Top 10 business airlines in the world.
ps: there are no North American airlines in the top 10.
My favorite firline company is “Turkish Airlines” because I appreciate their quality of service and attention to their passangers.
I have not traveled on Turkish Airlines. I flew to Turkey once on Italia. They are a bit arrogant.
Cathay Pacific still an A+ plus for me. Cathay remains one of the world’s top three airlines. Staff is exceedingly and naturally courteous, everything seems to work well, and foods food wins awards! This Hong-Kong based world leader sets the gold standard for other tourism-related businesses in China.One of the most loyal fan bases of any international carrier.
Agree 100% with Cathy Pacific. It is a Great airline, in the top 10 world airlines.
