A New Zealand Giant Sperm Whale
I would really like to see a whale in the water like this someday. I have never seen a real whale up close and would like to. (I’m not counting traumatic sea world experiences – it just can’t possibly be the same!)
This also reminds me of the 1000 bloggers against whaling campaign – which then reminds me of a star trek episode where the destiny of the world was based on going back in time and not letting whales become extinct.
You captured a perfect picture. The blue sky and water, the sun shining off the black fluke, the water falling off the fluke. Well cone.
Cheers, I would like to say it was skill but we had 3m swells that day and it was very difficult
Beautiful picture! I copied this picture in my mobile and in evening i will show this beautiful whale to my children.Nice snapshot.
