I think that titles are a really cool perk – I would like one myself. I suppose over here in the states lots of people go by their titles in their professions. For example, people putting initials after their names on business cards, etc. However, I would still like to be called Sir

Good decision to go back to the past. It feels like going back to the 60s This makes the world more diversified and beautiful. Too bad I live in Canada and we don’t have these kind of titles here. We used too though, when the British was here.

Hi, We don’t bestwo titles in the U.S., but many people here scramble to get some kind of recognition, even if it’s notoriety. The president does hand out medals to worthies (Medal of Freedom), but not titles.

I’ve always been a big fan of Led Zeppelin and Robert Plant, but even so it seemed a bit odd to see him suited up with a CBE medal. He has contributed a great deal to his country and the world through his music.

As a german i think that titular honours are a little bit weired, i would not feel comfortable with this kind of titles.

If I was offered the chance to become a 'Sir', I'd take them up on it for sure.
