  @: Thanks for posting these two hippy gourmet videos. I’ll watch for me. Loved seeing Christchurch again. Inspires me to go back and check out those B & Bs. My daughter and her boyfriend are vegetarian-almost vegan, so I have learned a lot about that cuisine and enjoy it.

  This makes sense, knowledge is power. Understanding is knowledge, so attempting to understand things such as plants will inevitably better yourself in the long term.
