Virgin America has finally taken off in the USA despite some legal obstacles. Having flown through Europe and Asia with Virgin Airlines I can say it is about time. What this means is that the majors are going to be forced to clean up their miserable act. It is no coincidence that North American airlines rank nowhere in the best airlines of the world.

The new A320s have the same facilities and services as their comrades in Asia and Europe which means on demand entertainment systems in each seat, food and drink at anytime, 32″ pitch in coach and a pretty good business class that will put the others to shame.
