The Chevy Volt Concept

GM has been making some mileage (pardon the pun) out of the Chevy Volt recently as a means to show that Detroit can still compete with the Far East on alternative powered vehicles.

The problem I have is not with the car, but with the fact that which they are trying to undermine the fuel economy standards in Congress and undermine the emission standards in California then this just looks like a sideshow, a mere distraction.

You either be consist and serious about fuel economy then we can celebrate products like the Volt.
