Airlines pour all the money in making 1st and business class posh and grand and still leave all the Q class passengers cramped in their seats.

Actually Economy on these airlines are pretty good. I have been on 5 of them, 3 of them both business and economy and they are heaven compared to what we get in North America.

Emirates gives metal silverware in economy, as well as Lufthansa. North American airlines are strange and notorious (though economically understandable) by giving only a small packet of peanuts and a glass of ice (sorry, soda on ice) even on 3-hour flights in economy.
