This weeks Apple Shareholder’s meeting offered some more insight into the world’s favorite computer company with the world famous crusty and opaque CEO, Steve Jobs.
Aside from handing Greenpeace representatives a new one, (however Apple shareholders have managed to get Jobs to respond), Jobs also noted that the iPhone is on time, there is a real possibility that iTunes will get video rental, and Leopard will be worth the wait.
Not one to miss an opportunity to snipe Microsoft, Jobs also noted:
After being questioned about the amount of money the company invests in research and development, Jobs said Apple’s capacity to deliver new products is limited only by its ability to find talented new employees capable of great work. “I wish developing great products was as easy as writing a check,” he said. “If that were the case, then Microsoft would have great products.”
